What a great find ! While walking the streets of San Pancho we came across this restaurant that seemed interesting by the name alone. The owner is super super charismatic and very passionate, he gave us a warm welcome and was very attentive of our table. The food is really interesting the concept of Mariscos in Sopes is surprising and it's something i had never seen in Mexico. There are various combinations using different seafood and the sauce is just great really tasty and very spicy if needed. This is a must visit for me, i will be going back.

This is a beautiful space to grab delicious eats. Josè was a kind soul with amazing food. We were visiting durning their celebration and looking for a place that was open. When coming upon Madre, he was actually closed but quickly invited us in, made us some drinks and fired up the kitchen preparing the most delicious and fresh sopas. Definitely recommend this place 100 times over. Not only the food but the love and care that goes into the preparation and service.

Great sopes and fun flavors. Need a few more flavors though. Amazing atmosphere and vibe. Beautiful presentation. Steak in surf and turf was over cooked, other than that loooooved the mole ones, especially mushroom mole - was my fave mole in Mexico after 3 weeks!

Glad I made it in for a meal! It lives up to the hype. Mauricio welcomed myself and my parents with the sort of warmth and service that made us feel like celebrities, I’ve only experienced such hospitality perhaps one other time in my life at a restaurant. The food was delicious, but the storytelling that Mauricio provided with the meal really elevated the dishes. Was really cool to experience a new culinary experience and try something I’ve not had before. I don’t know how someone can sustain the energy and passion that Mauricio clearly has for the restaurant, perhaps when you love what you do it’s easy, but I hope the restaurant is around for a long time, I look forward to returning with friends and loved ones. Thank you for the wonderful meal and experience Mauricio!

Still thinking about the Mole! We wanted something off the busy street and went to this restraunt because of the good reviews. Didn’t even look what was on the menu. We were very happy that the menu was small which makes them experts in what they do serve. We had a wonderful experience at Su Pancha Madre. We can’t wait to visit again!

The proprietor's hospitality and exceptional service, combined with the tranquil and scenic environment, significantly enhance the overall experience. The culinary creations are meticulously prepared, resulting in a highly enjoyable gastronomic experience. A visit is strongly recommended for those within a convenient travel radius, as the unique ambiance and cuisine justify the excursion. My experiences at numerous restaurants have led me to conclude that this establishment provides a particularly satisfying experience.

An unforgettable night at Su Pancha Madre — from the unique and delicious sopes, to the warm and soulful hospitality, we were blown away. The Surf & Turf sope was my favorite, so tasty. The housemade hot sauce was incredible!! Mau, the owner, was one of the most passionate and open-hearted people I’ve ever met. You can feel his deep care for the experiences of all his guests. Su Pancha Madre is an absolute MUST for anyone visiting San Pancho.
